We handle two types of rentals:
Long term (6 months or more):
Rental property is always in high demand in the valley, as density housing is not prominent. We find great tenants who are looking for a home.
These are people who maybe are not ready to buy a home, new residents in the Valley, or want a bigger space and/or garage or yard. They may have a pet, want a specific school district, like to garden…whatever the reasons, they are looking for a home.
Seasonal (5-6 month season)
This is a popular and a sought after way vacationers enjoy our valley all year long. Renters rent a property for the summer or winter season.
- Heat & utilities are transferred for the season to your tenant. Landlords generally include paid cable TV, internet, and water in the lease amount.
- Everything stays but your personal belongings so your seasonal renters can turn the key and have all the comforts of home.
- Owners typically store their personal belongings in a locked closet in the house or maybe even a locked part of the garage. The renters will consider your home- their home, leaving their belongings behind while commuting back and forth to work during the season.
Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, it's important to familiarize yourself with the landlord/tenant laws. You can view them here.
