Hear What the Agents Say About Selling in NH & ME

David EmmetI remember bobbing around in the ocean off Nantucket with my Step Father and throwing the idea of a career in real estate out to him. He had lots of great advice, and one very important bit was, find the right Broker to work for.

Even before I had my license I interviewed with several local agencies, and immediately felt that JtRealty had the resources, support, technology and over all feel conducive to me becoming a successful agent.

I was introduced to the "art" of selling real estate through the help of experienced agents, and a direct mentor. I have stayed here since 2004 because we continually grow together as a team of professionals dedicated to providing superior service to our clients, directly resulting in excellent earnings for me.

The support and team at JtRealty uses tomorrow's technology in union with a breadth of years in real estate expertise. JtRealty as a company has gained the trust and confidence of their clients, which has created a reputation and loyalty that has made it one of the most successful in the valley year after year. The agents as a whole work together to provide support and share valuable experience to help new agents grow without falling into technical hitches that have become so common that it's accepted in other offices. At JtRealty you go to your appointments prepared and with confidence because you learn how to do it right, the first time. When business is good for one at JtRealty, it's good for all- reputation in this business separates you. I came to JtRealty because I want to be associated with the best, ordinary just isn't good enough.

I have worked at JtRealty Lakefront to Mountainside since 1999. I choose to work here because we are and always have been on the cutting edge of technology, always embracing the newest innovations in the Real Estate industry. We are a collegial group of people; everyone is willing to help one another, understanding that our competition is down the street, not within our own office. The office itself is a grand old Victorian that has been beautifully restored with comfortable working spaces and a spectacular view of iconic Mt. Washington, the namesake of our Valley.

Nella ThompsonBefore ever obtaining my Real Estate License I interviewed with JtRealty. JtRealty's excellent reputation, high tech approach to today's ever changing local real estate market, major web presence, team atmosphere, hands on training and sense of community are the reasons I wanted to begin my career here. Like our clients, I stay because I found my home here.

Emily KubichkoThere I was, 7 months pregnant at a job I despised. I promised myself that after I had the baby I would look for a new career, maybe in Real Estate, and use my marketing degree and administrative background to catapult me into the industry. Then one day my mom called: “Did you see the paper?! Joy Tarbell is looking for an assistant, you have to apply!” So I did, and Joy still interviewed me even knowing I was quite pregnant, and I left the office totally sure that the job was perfect for me, just not the timing. But Joy took a chance on me. I was looking for a way out of my previous job, but I found a home here. We are a small boutique firm and our customer service skills are so awesome because we all truly love to be here. We put the client first and then our technology a close second, so you can be sure that you will be completely taken care of.
