Become a New Hampshire and Maine RealtorAre you energetic, a go-getter? Do you have a cheerful personality and a drive to succeed? Do you know that your place is out in front setting the standard? Then you just might have what it takes to succeed in real estate. Here is how to get started in four easy steps:

  1. Be ready to give it your all and jump in head first

Anything you want to change in life requires a commitment.  Real estate is no different.  If you are ready to commit to working hard and to earning the rewards then you have completed the hardest part.  Sure lots of people have said they want to get into real estate.  Making the commitment separates the talkers from the doers.  If you have decided already then move on to step 2.

  1. Complete a NH Real Estate Pre-licensing Course

Build that base of knowledge and get off to a good start.  A pre-licensing course is required in every state.  Find out more at our Real Estate Pre-licensing Course page.

  1. Pass the NH Real Estate Salesperson's Exam

Having the right mindset is a great asset in real estate sales. The test can be tough, but nothing that studying and practice can’t overcome! All teachers agree, motivation and preparation will see you to success! You will be instructed on applying for and taking the test during your pre-licensing course.
